1. Bisa pemrograman PLC dan Codevision AVR. untuk pemantapan akan ditraining lebih lanjut oleh perusahaan.
Syarat khusus STM mesin :
1. Pengalaman kerja di bidang maintenance min 1 th.
2. Menguasai komputer
